This is easy now. The BEP now has the BEP reports online available via the internet. It is a little hidden which is why I am providing the link here for you below. The BEP started this with the October 2002 report, so from there to date is available. You just select the month you want from the link page below. At this time the older reports are not available online at the BEP.
